Yes, the colors and decorations on our marble idols are safe, durable, and non-toxic. We use the best high quality Winsor & Newton oil paints, both for their depth of color and their ability to resist fading.

Our gold is usually done in 24-carat gold foil. Furthermore, we are able to gold plate this idols embellishments without separating it from the sanctity of the idol. All colors and decorations are completely hand-painted and sealed for exposure to air and light. Whether you use it inside or a covered outside area the idol will remain beautiful for years with very little maintenance.

We take unblemished shipping of our marble murtis seriously and take every precaution to package them correctly to make sure they arrive safely. Each statue is individually protected from surface scratches by multiple layers of soft foam and bubble wrap, and it is finally packaged in a custom-built wooden or steel crate. Our crates are moisture-proof and impact-proof.

The estimated delivery time for a marble murti is approximately 7 to 14 days (business days) within India, depending on the size and how much customization you need. Outside of India, it would be approximately 2 to 3 weeks. If you are placing a customized order, it may take a couple of additional days to manufacture.

Once your murti is made and polished, it needs to be packaged with great care and prepared for dispatch. When we dispatch your murti, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes tracking information, so you can follow your orders status. We are committed to getting your idol to you quickly and safely in perfect divine condition!

We truly believe in the quality of our workmanship, but if there is any damage of marble murti in transit, we have a 7-day return and refund procedure. You must come back to us within 7 days with valid video and photos of either damage. After that, we will arrange for return pickup, inspect your item, and then arrange for a refund or replacement.
