At Salvik India, we take great pride in crafting and delivering high-quality marble murtis and temples with utmost care. Each product is handcrafted and packaged securely for safe delivery. However, if any damage occurs during transit, we're here to support you.
How Long Do You Have?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Any return request raised after this window will not be eligible for consideration.
What Qualifies for a Return?
Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged during transit.
- ✓ Product damaged during shipping transit
- ✓ Manufacturing defect confirmed by our team
Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:
- ✕ Change of mind after purchase
- ✕ Minor color or design variations — since all products are handcrafted, natural variation is expected
- ✕ Damage reported without a complete unboxing video — no claims will be accepted without one
- ✕ Customized or made-to-order idols, unless damaged in transit
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or Email. Please have the following ready:
- 01 Your order number
- 02 Unboxing video — must show the complete unboxing process from sealed package to product
- 03 Photos of the damage — clear, well-lit images from multiple angles
- 04 Description of the issue — explain what is wrong and when you noticed it
Important: No return or damage claim will be processed without a complete unboxing video. We recommend recording every unboxing as soon as your package arrives.
Who Covers the Shipping Cost?
India
If the return is approved due to transit damage or a defect, Salvik India covers the return shipping cost in full.
Outside India
We will process the refund for the product, however all international return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
What Happens After Verification?
Once your return is reviewed and approved by our team, we will issue either a refund or a replacement — depending on the situation and the availability of the product.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not accepted. If your item qualifies for a return, you will be offered a refund or a replacement of the same item where available.
