At Salvik India, we take great pride in crafting and delivering high-quality marble murtis and temples with utmost care. Each product is handcrafted and packaged securely for safe delivery. However, if any damage occurs during transit, we’re here to support you.
Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Accepted Reasons for Return

Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged during transit.

Returns are not accepted for:

Change of mind after purchase

Minor color or design variations (since all products are handcrafted)

Damage reported without unboxing video

No claims will be accepted without a complete unboxing video.
- Customized or made-to-order idols are not eligible for return unless damaged in transit.

Return Method

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp or Email.

Customers must provide:

Order number

Unboxing video (must show the full unboxing process from sealed package to product)

Photos of the damage

Description of the issue

Return Shipping Fees

For international returns, we will refund the amount but all shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

For national returns, If the return is approved (transit damage/defect), Salvik India covers the return shipping cost.
Refund / Replacement

After verification, we will issue either a refund or a replacement, depending on the situation and product availability.
Exchanges
