At Salvik India, we take great pride in crafting and delivering high-quality marble murtis and temples with utmost care. Each product is handcrafted and packaged securely for safe delivery. However, if any damage occurs during transit, we’re here to support you.
Returns Accepted Only in Case of Transit Damage
Due to the delicate and customized nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged during shipping.
To qualify for a return and refund:
- You must share a clear unboxing video starting from the moment the package is being opened — this is mandatory.
- The video must show the entire unboxing process, including the outer packaging, product handling, and visible damage.
- You must report the damage to our support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
No claims will be accepted without a complete unboxing video.
Steps to Raise a Return Request:
- WhatsApp us with:
- Your order number
- The unboxing video
- Photos of the damage
- Description of the issue
- Our team will review the footage and verify the claim.
- If approved, we’ll initiate a replacement, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
Please Note:
- No returns or refunds will be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor color or design variations (as all products are handcrafted)
- Damage reported without unboxing video
- Customized or made-to-order idols are not eligible for return unless damaged in transit.

For international returns, we will refund but all shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval, via the original payment method.
